Come and learn to prepare dosai and enjoy crispy hot dosai as many as you want.
25th Nov – Dosai workshop
Dosai Special: [Min 4 persons]
Duration: 1.5 hours -2 hours
Price: 30 euro/pp
One of the most famous dishes across the globe! Learn to make your own dosai. After the workshop, we promise you that you will become a ‘dosai-master’ in your home.

Ø 2 Chutneys, our popular ‘dosai masala’
[Preparing batter will not be possible in the time duration. Instead, we will provide a detailed step-by-step recipe]
- We will provide complimentary dosai batter after the workshop so that you can show off your new skills to your family and friends!

The cooking workshop will take place in the evening from 5 PM followed by dinner that was cooked in the workshop. [Exact time will be confirmed 2 days before the workshop]
Recipes will be given on the day of the workshop.
